Q: Are you saying Awareness during Sleep Paralysis explains all paranormal phenomena?

A: Not in the least. Awareness during Sleep Paralysis is only one explaination for some, and not all who experience it interpret it as a Paranormal event. Furthermore, ASP can only account for a fraction of paranormal claims as it only occurs during a sleep cycle and often lasts a short while (up to several mintues per occurance).
