Q: Does the O.S.I.R. depicted on 'Psi Factor' have a web site?

A: Since we do not know the real identity of the organization we understand as the 'O.S.I.R.', there is no way to really know if there is an official web site or not. It's believed that the organization has gone private once again, so the likelihood is low.

There is, however, another paranormal research organization called the "Organization for Scientific Investigation and Research," that you can access here. This organization has NO connection with 'Psi Factor' or the O.S.I.R. depicted on the show, surfacing late after the show's cancellation.
