Q: Is there a place where I can read the actual reports/files from the O.S.I.R.?

A: Though there are many paranormal web sites and organizations who have public files, the O.S.I.R. never released such documents to the public (at least not under the 'O.S.I.R.' title). They were, however released to a specific few, like Psi Factor producers and Unsolved Mysteries. There also may be a protective measure for experiencers' privacy as laid out in O.S.I.R protocol.
