Connor Doyle
Case Manager Connor Doyle is a former Navy commander. He is a born leader and often feels torn between his role as an objective scientist and his desire to help the experiencers of each case. At the Office of Scientific Investigation and Research (the O.S.I.R.) Connor is the resident Bermuda Triangle expert; a phenomenon he has been drawn to since an incident that occured during his tour of duty.
Although he seems to be a workaholic, in his free time Connor plays the bass guitar for"Dog and Pony" (a blues band Connor put together with an old college buddy several years ago). Other miscellaneous facts; Connor isn't married and doesn't have children. He can speak Russian and also has some kind of past there unknown to the team.
Doyle is a tall, and handsome professional type who is always eager to find the truth in any and every paranormal case brought to him. He is strong in authority, but is always there for his team. Holding degrees in psychology and geophysics, Doyle has also logged hundreds of hours out in the field with the O.S.I.R.
At the end of the first season Connor disappeared during a (in the words of Frank Elsinger) "routine case" in Russia. Although no remains were found, Connor was presumed dead. He died in the process of saving his team and he well be and is greatly missed.
Paul Miller: the actor
Paul Douglas Miller graduated from Montreal's National Theater School in 1987. He has appeared in multiple Stratford Festival Productions including Hamlet, Treasure Island, and The Merry Wives Of Windsor. Other stage productions for Miller include MacBeth, and Gross Indecency: The Three Trials of Oscar Wilde.
Paul has a diverse set of hobbies such as cycling, cross-country skiing, and playing music. His instruments of choice include the acoustic guitar, banjo and fiddle.
Paul has had many television appearances in such shows as Twice in a Lifetime, Relic Hunter, Sue Thomas F.B.Eye, Earth: Final Conflict, La Femme Nikita, Degrassi:The Next Generation, Angela's Eyes, and Due south to name a few. Miller has also lended his voice to several radio spots and commercials including Honda, Centrum, and Niagra Falls Casino, and Mercedes Benz.
This brown hair, green eye, five foot eleven actor currently resides in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
