Anton Hendricks

Dr. Anton Hendricks is rooted in the intellectual, dabbles in the spiritual and is a philosopher in every sense of the word. The internal and external are the same for Hendricks and the experience and the experiencer are part of the same mystery. Hendricks wouldn't be happy if he found a balance in his life between enigma and solution. Fortunately, the O.S.I.R. keeps him busy with enough cases to please his insatiable hunger for paranormal phenomena.

"Hendricks is a very modern kind of doctor who isn't afraid to look at alternative medicine, and with a tremendous interest in psychic phenomena," says Fox. "Part of that interest comes from battling a serious disease himself, and also from the terrible secret he carries about the mysterious disappearance of his wife and child. He doesn't know if they're dead or alive, but he desperately wants to be reunited with them."

Anton has worked for the O.S.I.R. for more than a decade as a physician and psychiatrist. In every case he can't help but to let his spiritual and humanistic sides collied because of his own quest in life to find the truth in both. He is committed to his team as well as each experiencer (witness of a paranormal event) above all else.

Anton is noted for his heroic adventures during 'The Arch' episodes in which Dr. Hendricks found his lost his wife and daughter (Catherine and Nichole) who mysteriously disappeared after a fatal car accident 12 years prior.

Formally the Chief of Medicine, Anton has recently became the Director of Operations, which some say wasn't soon enough.
